Welcome! This template contains all 4 databases you need to power your Portalize client portal.

## What's Included

✅ **Clients Database** - Manage your client list
✅ **Projects Database** - Track client projects (linked to Clients)
✅ **Tasks Database** - Manage project tasks (linked to Projects)
✅ **Documents Database** - Store client documents (linked to Clients)

## How to Use This Template

### Step 1: Duplicate This Page
Click "Duplicate" in the top right corner to add this to your workspace.

### Step 2: Create a Notion Integration
1. Go to <https://www.notion.so/my-integrations>
2. Click "+ New integration"
3. Name it "Portalize" (or your agency name)
4. Select your workspace
5. Copy the "Internal Integration Secret"

### Step 3: Connect Integration to Databases
For each of the 4 databases below:
1. Open the database (click title)
2. Click "..." menu (top right)
3. Select "Add connections"
4. Choose your integration
5. Click "Confirm"

### Step 4: Get Database IDs
For each database:
1. Open it as a full page
2. Copy the URL
3. Extract the 32-character ID

Example:
`notion.so/abc123def456...` → Database ID = `abc123def456...`

### Step 5: Enter in Portalize
Go to your Portalize dashboard:
1. Navigate to Portal Settings
2. Paste your Integration Token
3. Paste each Database ID
4. Click "Save & Verify"

We've added sample data to help you understand the structure. Feel free to:
- Delete sample entries
- Add your real clients
- Customize property names (advanced)
